Web 2.0 describes an evolution of the internet where the users participate in the content more. For a serious explanation of Web 2.0 you might look here. Web 2.0 has really caught on, and most of the the hot, cash generating online buzz these days integrate between the provider and the user. If you plan on spending a lot of time online, this is once concept you will want to grasp!
