Got The Desk Warrior’s Tummy Blues
If you’ve gotten yourself a desk warrior’s belly and no inclination to get down on the floor and do crunches, I think I have found an answer. And this answer for the big belly blues does not involve joining a gym, taking a pill, or subscribing to the latest diet fad. You don’t even have to de-stress yourself as the news is telling us we have to do.
While sitting at your desk, simply pull your belly in and up like you do when you’re trying to fit into a tight pair of jeans or panyhose. Relax and repeat until you feel the tingle - or if you’re really ambitious - feel the burn! I’ve just done 20 of them while I’ve written this article, but it took me a week to work up to that!
Apparently this excercise is just as effective as crunches for that nasty belly stuff than happens to us as we sit glued to our computer chairs!
