<p>If you haven&#8217;t got time to run out and buy one or just want to save money, here is a quick and easy way to make a homemade body scrub. </p>
<p><strong>Body Scrub</p>
<p>1/2 cup sugar<br />
1/2 cup olive oil<br />
10 drops essential oil</p>
<p>Combine ingredients and gently rub over your body. Concentrate on areas that are prone to dry rough skin. Rinse off and pat dry.</strong></p>
<p>Essential oils can be found at health food stores, health sections of grocery stores or you can order online. <p>If you are a working woman you know that everything in your life has to do double duty. So that&#8217;s why I love when I loved this article from Woman&#8217;s Week magazine. You can recycle pineapple and kiwi skins as a foot treatment. I love foot treatments. As a matter a fact I got some money as a gift this holiday season and I got pedicures for my daughter and myself. It was wonderful. I am wondering how I can budget those in on a monthly basis for us. </p>
<p>Pineapple and kiwi skins contain bromelain (a meat tenderizer) which naturally helps exfoliate feet. Here is what the article recommended you do:</p>
<p><strong>Rub the fleshy part of the pineapple or kiwi skin along the bottom of each foot for five minutes. Focus on heels, between toes and on calluses. Rinse your feet with warm water. Then dry your feet and apply a moisturizing lotion to keep your feet soft.</strong></p>

<p>Retiring early is a dream that is shared by many people. How do you go about making it a reality? Like any other life goal, retiring early is all about planning and understanding yourself. The most frequently recommended strategy is save, saveÂ and save some more. Saving in itself though is a very general term. So letâ€™s talk specifics Following is a list ways to increase the money you can save every month.</p>
<ol>
<li>Â Set a budget each month with a specific amount of money allocated toward savings. All financial advisors will tell youÂ toÂ pay yourself first (i.e. savings) and then pay your bills.</li>
<li>Â Take a look at your big expenses â€“ house, car and insurance. When you are considering buying a new house, ask yourself do I really need a bigger house. Perhaps you could downsize to a smaller house if you are already living in large home. Consider holding onto your car for a few more years. Older cars are cheaper to insure and if they are paid for require less insurance.</li>
<li>Â Trim your entertainment budget. This is something you donâ€™t have to spend money on. You can borrow books, and DVDâ€™s from the library, see local theater productions instead of Broadway show etc. When you set your goal to retire early, you will fid you get much more creative in finding ways to save money.</li>
<li>Â If you unexpectedly come into money i.e. a raise, a lottery ticket that pays a fifty dollars or an inheritance â€“ SAVE IT. Consider how much it will help you get to your goal of early retirement.</li>
<li>Â Be aggressive with investing your savings â€“ To retire early you are going to have to take more risk. Most likely that means you will need to invest in stocks. There are ways to invest in the market that will lessen the risk such as mutual funds. Do your homework and find what will work for you.</li>

<p>If you&#8217;ve gotten yourself a desk warrior&#8217;s belly and no inclination to get down on the floor and do crunches, I think I have found an answer. And this answer for the big belly blues does not involve joining a gym, taking a pill, or subscribing to the latest diet fad. You don&#8217;t even have to de-stress yourself as the news is telling us we have to do. </p>
<p>While sitting at your desk, simply pull your belly in and up like you do when you&#8217;re trying to fit into a tight pair of jeans or panyhose. Relax and repeat until you feel the tingle &#8211; or if you&#8217;re really ambitious &#8211; feel the burn! I&#8217;ve just done 20 of them while I&#8217;ve written this article, but it took me a week to work up to that!</p>
<p>Apparently this excercise is just as effective as crunches for that nasty belly stuff than happens to us as we sit glued to our computer chairs!</p>
