Homemade Body Scrub

If you haven’t got time to run out and buy one or just want to save money, here is a quick and easy way to make a homemade body scrub.

Body Scrub

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
10 drops essential oil

Combine ingredients and gently rub over your body. Concentrate on areas that are prone to dry rough skin. Rinse off and pat dry.

Essential oils can be found at health food stores, health sections of grocery stores or you can order online. Lavender is a great one for relaxation, grapefruit is energizing and orange blossom for relieving anxiety (see our post at Curepure.com on Cure Depression with Orange Blossom)

Recycle and Treat Your Feet

All Natural Skin Care Recipes

If you are a working woman you know that everything in your life has to do double duty. So that’s why I love when I loved this article from Woman’s Week magazine. You can recycle pineapple and kiwi skins as a foot treatment. I love foot treatments. As a matter a fact I got some money as a gift this holiday season and I got pedicures for my daughter and myself. It was wonderful. I am wondering how I can budget those in on a monthly basis for us.

Plan For Early Retirement

Retiring early is a dream that is shared by many people. How do you go about making it a reality? Like any other life goal, retiring early is all about planning and understanding yourself. The most frequently recommended strategy is save, save and save some more. Saving in itself though is a very general term. So let’s talk specifics Following is a list ways to increase the money you can save every month.

  1.  Set a budget each month with a specific amount of money allocated toward savings. All financial advisors will tell you to pay yourself first (i.e. savings) and then pay your bills.

Facial Yoga For Wrinkles

Apparently the fad started in India (where else?), but has spread here. Instead of enduring surgery or shots, or wasting money on creams of dubious effectiveness, people are trying facial yoga to prevent and reduce facial wrinkles! Even doctors are on board, and they just warn people to make sure they understand how to perform the exercises correctly. Otherwise, if a beauty seeker overdoes it, they could give them self a facial muscle spasm which would be awful.

Look for more information on facial yoga exercises at the Over 50 Website! Even though I saaw the tip at a website for people over 50, I’m sure it does not hurt to start early!
