- Walk,slither, and sneak on sidewalks, not in the street. If there are no sidewalks, walk on the left side of the road, facing traffic.
- Look both ways before crossing the street to check for cars,trucks and low-flying brooms.
- Cross the street only at corners, not in the middle of the block and stay together in a group before crossing.
- Never hide or cross the street between parked cars.

I had actually not heard of the Gardasil vaccine until I was getting my son vaccinated for college. Then I saw an article in the newspaper about it. Gardasil is one of the new cancer vaccines that has been shown to work. Gardasil helps protect against HPV, a sexually transmitted virus know to cause cervical cancer in women. The vaccine consists of a series of three injections given over a period of six months. Gardasil protects women from the types of HPV most likely to cause cervical cancer and may also protect against a certain type of throat cancer caused by HPV.
